Job Description
Our client is a well known and long established provider of services to the south Yorkshire community. They are looking for a part-time Secretary / Administrator for their Sheffield city-centre based finance department.
You will be working 15 hours per week over 2 days (Thursday & Friday)
The role will last a year, and will begin on 24 August
You MUST have solid experience in an Administration / Secretarial role, ideally within a Finance department; in addition, you need to commit to the full contract and be looking for part-time hours only
In addition, you should have:
Minimum 2 GCSEs (Grade C or above) or equivalent in English and Maths – Essential.
Secretarial qualifications, including Typewriting and Word Processing – Essential
Shorthand - Desirable
BTEC or equivalent in Business Studies - Desirable
Skills:
Ability to communicate confidently and confidentially with people at all levels, both internally and externally – Essential
Ability to use personal judgement to prioritise tasks and to work to deadlines – Essential
Computer literate and capable of working with current and future software as appropriate to the role – Essential
