POSITION: Mechanical Design Engineer

LOCATION: Rotherham, Barnsley, Sheffield, Doncaster, Wakefield
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
-£26,000- £32,000
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
-Experience of 3-D CAD Design.
-Stong knowledge of Solidworks idealy working on large companents
-Previous working experience of working with production team
DESIRABLE
-HNC level or higher in an Engineering discipline.
-Background from fabrications industry
ROLE INFORMATION IN DETAIL:
- Will be responsible for all aspects of design from initial concept through to commissioning
-Candidates must have experience of 3-D modelling
-Ideally have lifting equipment or mechanical handling background
-Experience of Solidworks software
-Candidates should have experience of design within a specialist manufacturing background.
-Some experience of the metals fabrication industry would be an advantage
- Some travel maybe required both throughout UK and Europe.
