Job Description
Our client has a vacancy for a Contracts Administrator based in the Rotherham Office. Duties involve:
€¢ To maintain and enhance the customer base
€¢ To input new contracts and update existing contracts into the Customer Management System
€¢ To resolve contracts queries and complaints
€¢ To ensure adequate retention of contracts as per specified targets
€¢ To offer renewals to customers.
Customers must have a high level of customer service in a technical / electrical background and strong administration and data entry skills.
