Full Description:
Purpose of Role
To provide general administration assistance to the Services Administration team and to provide an excellent level of customer service to eaga’s customers and to our field-based Partners.
Key Responsibilities
Filing records and invoices to an accurate and traceable standard
Answer calls from field-based supervisors and tradesmen, and follow up on their enquiries
Answer calls from our customers, and respond appropriately to their queries and complaints
Preparing and sending letters to our customers
Provide general ad hoc admin assistance to team members, and other eaga Partners as required
Register gas boilers with Gas Safe in accordance with gas regulations
Essential
Ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
Good telephone manner
Good level of numeracy and accuracy
Experience in providing customer service
Experience in working with Microsoft word and excel
Ability to work well with a team in accordance with our eaga values
Desirable
Experience in a similar industry
Experience in working with customer databases
Qualifications
Standard Grade level English and Mathematics
