Our client based in the Dearne Valley area has a fantastic and rare opportunity for an Insurance Sales Representative to join their small and extremely friendly team.

The main purpose of the role is to respond to inbound calls and branch visits from customers enquiring about insurance cover.

Due to the nature of the role I.E. the sale of insurance, you MUST have experience in working for an insurance broker selling Personal Line (Motor, Travel), the need for this experience is non negotiable, anyone applying without this experience will NOT be considered.

You will be expected to respond to the customer enquires whilst they are on the phone or in branch, were you will need to quote the customer the price and information on the cover. You will then process the insurance quote until issued and file complete (with assistance from the branch administrator)

Experience Essential:
• Experience of working within a insurance brokerage
• Experience of working with personal lines insurance
• Sales experience face to face or over the phone

Key attributes
• Must be hard working and enthusiastic
• Confident telephone manner
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Smart and presentable

We are looking for someone who is going to be a hard working, honest and reliable team mate, the team you are working in is extremely close knit therefore everyone must be see to be "mucking in" equally.

Starting salary is £12,000 + depending on experience and the possibility of working towards a company bonus, Nice office hours of Monday - Friday 9 - 5pm with 1 hour lunch and the chance to work with a fantastic team and company!!
