This site cooks all its from from scratch and has a excellent reputation in the area so you must be able to demonstrate a passion for cooking with fresh food .
Duties will include working closely with the head chef to develop and drive the business forward cooking on all sections within the hotel and maintain good kitchen hygiene throughout
