This site cooks all its from from scratch and has a excellent reputation in the area so you must be able to demonstrate a passion for cooking with fresh food .
Duties will include working closely with the head/sous chef to develop and drive the business forward ,temperature checks ,stock control and working on all sections throughout the the resturant and maintain good kitchen hygiene throughout
