An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in one of Sheffield’s trendiest independent hospitality ventures. Our client, a well established business in the heart of the city centre, sourcing locally produced food are looking to appoint a chef.

Along with the owner, you will have creative control in designing and planning menus including specials, all food is sourced locally and produced from fresh. Other duties will include the smooth running of the kitchen, costing of ingredients, playing on active role in developing & driving the business forward. Other responsibilities are general cleaning duties, temperatures checks, and the ability to keep cool under pressure. You will have a strong catering background and have the ability and vision to drive the business forward.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting a fresh challenge with an up and coming name in the Sheffield hospitality scene. Salary circa £16K-£17K
