Job Description

Prestigious firm of Financial Advisors require an administrator to join their small but busy team. This is a varied and challenging role ensuring all admin and reception duties are carried out with accuracy, to deadlines and compliant to FSA requirements. The core responsibilities will include reception duties, typing, post, filing, mail shots, new business documents, diary management, appointment packs, valuations and ad hoc projects as requested. You will be expected to obtain sufficient understanding of FSA requirements and internal systems enabling you to deal with client enquiries in a polite and efficient manner. The successful candidate will be an experienced office administrator with a stable work history who has the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure. A high level of numeracy/literacy is essential as is accuracy and attention to detail. You will be willing and eager to learn with knowledge of Financial services a distinct advantage. Competency on Word and Excel is essential as is a professional phone manner and good old common sense. This is a temp to perm contract with genuine career prospects.
