Job Description
A leading supplier to the retail industry are looking to recruit an Online Store Manager to develop and grow the online business.
You MUST meet ALL of the below criteria to be considered for shortlisting:
Minimum of 2 years related e-commerce experience.
Experience of Search Optimisation and Marketplace trading.
Excellent Project Management skills.
Top Notch Communication skills.
Detail Focused.
Experience of preparing monthly P&Ls.
Good Knowledge of product in retail.
This role will involve overall management of the site and admin & DC processes, reporting to the board through P&L and monthly sales reports.
Strategising on way forward to attract new customers.
Managing Search Optimisation and Marketplace trading.
Planning, implementing and monitoring sales promotions.
Expansion and maintenance of entire product range and content based on online strategy.
Management of stock & pricing including sale pricing and monitoring of margins.
Development and implementation of customer marketing & retention strategies.
Monitoring performance and growth, by margin and sales turnover.
