Job Description
A bright, ambitious and career minded individual is required in the role of a desk based sales agent. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, as well as holding the responsibility for a number of small to medium sized accounts.
Our client can offer an excellent career progression within a company who are backed by the UK’s largest Telecoms provider. The successful candidate will build and develop existing relationships by promoting their extensive portfolio of products. Business will be generated via pro-active outbound calls as well as generating quality leads for the team of field agents. Our client offers the complete range of telecom products and services to businesses in the South Yorkshire region and the sales personnel are divided into 3 strategic teams. Career progression can result in the successful candidate working their way through each team, gaining increased benefits along the way and into a field position if desired.
The successful candidate will ideally have a proven track record in telephone sales with experience in IT or telecoms. However, consideration will be given to candidates who can impress with their enthusiasm, attitude and desire to succeed. Commission is uncapped from realistic and achievable targets. The benefits package includes an amazing fun work ethic, non-contributory health insurance and a contributory pension scheme. The starting salary is £13k, but with a clear path for progression and an OTE of £26k.
