A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a market leader within the construction industry who are looking to enhance their in- house after- care customer services team by recruiting a Customer Service Advisor.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Experience in a customer services or similar environment
Competent working knowledge of Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Effective planning and organisational skills
A self motivated and conscientious approach
ROLE INFORMATION:
Record customer complaints/ concerns/ claims received directly from tenants and subcontractors
Monitor complaints, provide reportage to the line manager and customer service co- ordinator to prevent future repetition
Monitor that agreed defects are completed within agreed timescales
Record tenant satisfaction survey results
Carry out other ad hoc administrative duties
Maintain accurate up to date filing systems both manual and electronic
Assist in the implementation initiatives
