This role could potential turn into a permanent position for the right person.
Duties :
•To assist the Sous and/or Head Chef in certain sections of the kitchen
•Running own section and maintaining order within there own team
•Oversee preparation and service of meals within own section
•To maintain a high standard of food Hygiene and cleaning practices within the kitchen
Hours of Work: Approx. 40 hrs p/wk
