Inbound Sales Person
Blue Arrow UK are one of the country’s leading recruitment agencies as such we are recruiting on behalf of this local industry leader.
Job Description
• Taking inbound calls from customers making enquiries
• Taking all details from customers and inputting onto the database
• Cross selling where ever possible and working to targets
• Providing excellent customer service
• Completing all relevant administration
The ideal candidate will be from a sales background, have an excellent telephone manner and be flexible in their working attitude.
This is a PERMANENT position with a starting salary of £12k which increases with the more sales you make – plus an excellent bonus scheme – realistic take home pay in first year is £17.5k
Hours:
Mon-Fri 9-5:30pm however the candidate will have to do one late shift per week 11:30am-8:00pm
Sat 9-5pm (most Sats worked however they get 1 day in the week off)
Sun 10-4pm (rota basis about 7 Sundays per year is what people are working. Overtime is paid for working Sundays.
