Seeking enhanced NVQ Assessors (atleast up to level 3) to work in a variety of sectors for our Chesterfield based client.
Your key responsibilities will include:
. Instructing/training in a practical environment predominantly in employers premises
. Marking students' work
. Establishing contacts and appropriate networking on work sites with relevant staff
. Providing educational guidance and participating in marketing, recruitment and admission of students
. Working with employers to identify students
. Completing all paperwork as required by contract
. Contributing to the effectiveness of teams
. Participating in personal professional development following appraisal of individual needs
. Meeting agreed targets
. Undertake other tasks as assigned by the Chief Executive
. Attend staff meetings
