My client based at S9 requires a Technical Helpdesk Analyst. Providing remote Technical Call Screening of Hardware and Software faults to clients to resolve calls remotely.
Be able to provide hardware and software, desktop support through:
Diagnose hardware, software and user operating system and basic admin incidents.
Experienced to an advanced user level in Microsoft desktop products.
Experience of working on telephone based helpdesks.
Provide troubleshooting of software and hardware problems over the telephone.
Experienced to an advanced level as System and Network administrator for Microsoft server and communication products.
Skilled at configuration of software including desktop operating systems.
Experience dealing with Windows XP faults with substantial exposure to Microsoft packages, particularly MS Office.
Experience fault finding on PC Hardware and associated Peripherals.
