As a telephone negotiator you will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical and negotiation skills, have ability to overcome objections and remain calm under pressure.
You will be responsible for:
*handling inbound and outbound calls to negotiate payments of arrears on motor finance or consumer accounts
*Discussing and referring the best possible options with debtors
*Ensuring the database is accurately maintained and updated
*Liaising with clients to resolve disputes and payment updates
*Resolving accounts within the stated turnaround times
*Using your problem solving abilities to ensure successful outcomes
*Building relationships and maintaining a professional outlook at all times
