Job description:
You will be providing support by phone and email towards customers, dealing with potential hardware and software issues. Trying to diagnose the problem and to resolve it either through personal knowledge or by using the various solutions available by the project, and answering queries with regards to promotions, pre- Sales and marketing questions.

Working hours:
Monday - Friday: 8:00- 19:00 (max.)

TP-Tec offers housing, maximum of 4 months, maximum of 400 € per months.
A housing company takes care of the housing at arrival. Within these 4 months the candidate can look for another house / room. Renting a room in a house will be the cheapest solution in Maastricht. Renting prices varies between 200 and 400€ per month.
