CUSTOMER RELATION CO-ORDINATOR
LOCATION: Sheffield
SALARY AND BENEFITS: £18,000 - £20,000

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Experience of order processing, billing in a customer service environment
Excellent customer service skills with experience servicing global customers
Experience of working in a database environment, including report generation responsibilities
High level of IT skills
Enthusiastic, hardworking and committed
Analytical approach
High attention to detail
Ability to perform in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
The ability to multitask in a deadline driven environment.
IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Experience with Oracle or Siebel preferred
ROLE INFORMATION:
The role will be to act as liaison to sales offices in different European locations by providing quality customer service and support and resolving customer issues.
Processing software orders and verify purchase order forms in accordance with the companies policies and procedures
Provide timely and accurate invoices, including reconciling monthly invoice summaries and ensuring a timely resolution of unpaid amounts
Pro-actively seek ways to improve work flow including identification of better ways to provide value added customer service.
Participate in department projects and other job related duties that may be assigned by management.
