Our Client are a National Training Organisation and due to demand require a Training Instructor (Childcare)
Key Responsibilities:
*To carry out recruitment and selection of learners in accordance with
contractual requirements
*To carry out initial assessment of learners to identify and agree appropriate learning routes to meet individual training needs
*To prepare and deliver training courses to meet identified learning objectives within specified timescales and targets
*To provide mentor support and guidance to learners in the construction of portfolios of evidence which will meet Awarding Body specifications
*To assess and record learner achievements of competence and maintain the documentation required by Awarding Bodies to ensure effective certification
*To contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of the training provision to ensure continuous improvement
*To review and record the progress of learners both in the centre and on placement
*To network internally and externally to keep abreast of developments in:
- Qualification frameworks
- Awarding Body requirements and identify and share good practice throughout the division
Health and Safety (add any additional responsibilities if appropriate)

Quality Assurance
All activities of oue Client are planned and controlled within the framework of a comprehensive Quality Management System designed to meet the requirements of ISO 9001. Compliance with the quality system is mandatory for all staff.
The Training Instructor is specifically responsible for:
*ensuring conformance to national procedures and local work instructions in particular with regard to:
Recruitment of Learners; Induction of Learners; Learner Monitoring and Review; Contracting with Customers; Course Delivery; Course Evaluation;
Design and Development of Training Packs; Programme Performance
