A high profile position has arisen to manage and coordinate the onsite resourcing team at Nottingham’s premier contact centre. The role as a Resourcing Manager includes core responsibilities including promoting a strategic and effective approach to staff recruitment. You will be involved in all aspects of internal and external recruitment processes, supplier relationships and the maintenance of all files/databases. Overseeing the delivery of new staff you will maintain agreed recruitment costs and produce advertisements for both internal and external vacancies. Your aim will be to reduce costs, improve the quality of new staff and to explore opportunities to improve the recruitment process. Management reports will be produced twice weekly including attrition rates, KPIs etc. and the team’s performance maximised through objective setting and 121s.The successful candidate must have experience of on site recruitment within a contact centre with particular knowledge of supplier management and recruitment processes. Proven line management experience is essential as is the ability to inspire and motivate others. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, appropriate legislative knowledge and a logical proactive approach are all prerequisites. Salary scale is between £30k-£40K dependent on experience, plus a with full benefits package.
