Telephone Sales Consultant
OTE £30K
Doncaster
As a DFS Telephone Consultant, you will be helping our customers choose their perfect sofa. You won’t have to meet set targets, but the better you do the more you earn. It is that simple.
As there is no direct selling, your success will ultimately lie with you. Using your natural enthusiasm, drive and customer service skills our consultants typically earn £30k OTE a year. And often more.
So what do you need? Mainly BAGS of personality. As you are dealing with customers who have already expressed an interest in our sofas, your job is to work with them to find the perfect one for their needs. So confidence, a friendly telephone manner along with some basic keyboard skills and Internet familiarity, will get you off to a great start.
These are full time, permanent roles based at our state of the art head office at Redhouse Interchange, near Doncaster. The service runs between 9am and 10.00pm, so some flexibility in working hours is possible. You must be prepared to work some weekends and bank holidays and have your own transport.
