Role : Quality Technician / Health and Safety Officer
Salary : £16-18,000
Location : South Sheffield, North Chesterfield
Due to an ever increasing workload and continued planned expansion, my client has a vacancy for a Quality Technician / Health and Safety Officer to join their team in the Sheepbridge industrial area.
The inital responsibilities will involve working with the Quality Manager to establish a Health and Safety policy for the company. As such a recognised certification such as IOSH is required.
Once this is up and running, the role will become a mix of hands-on Quality Technician duties coupled with the management of the Health and Safety system.
Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is preferred but is not essential.
Salary is negotiable according to experience but is likely to be in the range of £16-18,000 with an attractive bonus scheme in addition.
