QUALITY CONTROL LINE LEADER.
2 POSITIONS ROTATING SHIFT PATTERN
LOCATION:Doncaster, Goole, Hull.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:£18,000 + BENEFITS
COMPANY INFORMATION:
-Blue Chip food company
-Food products are ingredients supplied to various manufacturers
-Company operates 5 days x 24 hours plus occasional weekends
-Customers are all major European sweet and confectionery manufacturers
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
-Quality experience within an FMCG environment
-Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and processes
-Excellent communication skills
-Planning organising and analytical skills
-High standards of written, verbal and presentation skills
-Tenacious and self motivated.
-Understanding of Quality requirements within a food manufacturing environment
-Understands the need to monitor, control and reduce production costs.
-Understanding of Hygiene requirements in a food manufacturing environment
-Experience in building relationships with other supervisors and managers
-Computer literate
IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
-Food manufacturing experience
-Supervisory experience within a food manufacturing environment
-Experience of supervising teams working various shift patterns
-HACCP
ROLE INFORMATION:
-To organise and lead small quality team achieving quality standards.
-To ensure the completion of workplace training and risk assessments.
-Effective communication with internal and external team members.
-To ensure all documentation is correct and up to date.
-Ensure good housekeeping practices are adhered to.
