This large midlands firm are seeking an additional Regulatory Solicitor for their Nottingham office. You will be based in the Business and Professional Risk Department and join an established team. You would be specialising in licensing, construction, insolvency, prosecuting and defending, H&S, food and environment etc. Advocacy skills and the ability to prepare for tribunal and court cases at all levels is essential. Candidates must have at least two years criminal experience followed by 2-3 years more general civil litigation experience.
