Purpose of Role… To co-ordinate and train a programme of Skills for Working Life including Induction ensuring the most effective approaches are implemented and moderated.
Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for a required number of learners in accordance with KPI’s, it is expected that a tutor will manage an average of 12 – 15 learners
· To deliver the appropriate number of qualifications in accordance with KPI’s
· To ensure learner progression in accordance with KPI’s
· To ensure learner retention is within company KPI’s
· Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workload

· Well-developed interpersonal skills
· Ability to work to deadlines
· Good customer contact skills
· Good oral and written skills
· Knowledge of Work Based Learning provision Maturity to deal with people with challenging behaviour
Qualifications that are essential;
A good standard of general education GCSE (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English Appropriate Teaching and Learning Qualification
