Customer Service Adviser – Retail Banking (Chesterfield)
£12,000 (pro-rata for 21 hours)

Our market leading banking organisation currently has exciting opportunities for part-time customer service staff for one of its many branches based in Chesterfield.

You will possess good customer service skills, including the ability to listen to customers needs and a possess positive approach to your work. You will work well as part of a team and help customers overcome problems.

You must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills. You will also possess a minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent). Ideally you will possess an NVQ level 2 in customer services.
