A fantastic opportunity has arisen for outbound telesales agents to join this very successful call centre within the Dearne Valley area.
This position is available due to company success and expansion therefore could be an immediate start for the successful candidate!!!
The purpose of your role is to conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing the client’s business offering. You will be targeted on sales per hour (minimum of 1) and will be expected to conduct outbound calls in a timely and professional manner using the relevant campaign guidelines and scripts. Your role in achieving personal and team sales targets is imperative in order to contribute to the achievement of the company’s strategy and objectives.
Key Duties:
• To make outbound calls to an high standard
• To handle and overcome customer objectives
• To work towards and achieve personal and team targets
• To date input accurately to a high standard
• To ensure service and quality are kept in line with all campaigns KPI’s
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
• To be an effective member of the outbound Sales Team
• To assist in the development of team plans in accordance with Sales Group strategy
• To achieve agreed team and individual targets
• To assist in the business (financial) success of the Team (by taking ownership of personal performance)
• To develop cordial and profitable relationships with customers
• To work to the guidelines set out within the quality program and assist the Telemarketing Sales Manager to achieve quality in the Telemarketing team
Processes:
• Take/make calls, input details as appropriate, communicate results and finalise the call.
• Send and respond to all facets of web-collaboration, email and faxes.
• Process data between calls.
• Responsible, together with other Team members to assist in fulfillment duties between calls.
• Complete timesheets and other Company information in a timely and professional manner.
• Responsible for informing Telemarketing Manager of issues arising from campaign/s at earliest time.
• Responsible, together with other Team members, for continuous process improvement.
• Responsible, together with other Team members, for developing and maintaining a high quality service.
• Support Telemarketing Sales Manager. Responsible for any other duties required by the Company

Experience Essential:
• Call center experience is an advantage but not essential
• Computer literate
Our client is looking for strong minded, resilient & hardworking people with drive and ambition to join their very successful team. In reward for this you will receive a fantastic starting basic salary of £14,993 plus bonus of OTE £18,000 – £20,000!!! As well as working in fantastic working conditions along with free parking.
Working hours are 12-8.30pm Monday – Friday
