The role:
Youll be responsible for the day to day management and development of the Executive's retail operation. You will be responsible for delivering high class services to customers, with ever changing customer needs you will offer sound solutions and you will need to demonstrate you can handle this.
The qualities:
Youll need to be able to plan ahead and coaching, developing and motivating your teams across the county. You need to be able to listen to your customers, finding fresh and innovative ways of keeping them happy whilst attracting new customers to our Information Centres. Youll also need to have an attention to detail, be a great leader and demonstrate both financial and commercial astuteness. A general management qualification is desirable but not essential.
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
To be successful you must be educated to A Level standard or equivalent, have GCSE Grade C Maths & English, an understanding of the role of retail operations and a working knowledge of Health & Safety
