Customer Service Advisors - Banking
Based in the city centre, our high street banking client is looking for experiened call centre or sales people to take inbound calls from their customers.
You will be answering queries about the bank\'s products and mortgages and producing quotes for people, posting them out, and then following them up, to secure the business.
As the role is results orientated, you will need to have 6 months experience in a targetted, or similar role.
Hours of work are full time and will be between the hours of 8am and 8pm. Some Saturdays may be required. Alternatively, a fixed lates shift is available for four full days a week, Mon to Fri only, 10am to 8pm.
This is a great opportunity offering full training and great benefits and bonus. Salary around the region of £14,300 and upwards depending on experience.
