The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of executing major capital and maintenance programs and of developing and implementing PPM. We will be pleased to receive applications from candidates with a bias towards and a formal qualification in either mechanical or electrical engineering. This role carries significant supervisory responsibility so the successful candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent people management ability.
Job Role:
Leading both routine and capital expenditure maintenance programs
Developing and continuously improving a planned preventative maintenance system
Identify and implement maintenance metrics
Managing stocks of spares
Identifying skills shortages and developing training plans
Implementing Health and Safety requirements
Man management
