Shift pattern is rotational and can range from Monday to Friday - 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm / 11am - 7pm / and 12.30pm - 8.30pm; Saturdays are 9am - 5pm or 5.30pm (you will work around two Saturdays in every five).
If you meet your targets you could earn a bonus of up to £3,900 a year!
Our client is a leading provider of entertainment and communications services. They are looking for additional members for their team, based in modern offices in Sheffield.
You will make outbound calls to existing customers who are looking to move their account. You will establish why they are looking to do this, and address any issues they may have. These will include some complaints, so you will need to have good listening skills. Ultimately, you will look to keep them as happy customers.
No call-centre experience is necessary as full training is provided; though you should have at least seven months experience in a role where you have dealt with people (and where you have worked to some kind of sales targets)- perhaps you are in retail and are ready for a new challenge; or maybe you work in a pub, restaurant or betting shop. And no qualifications are needed- If you have excellent communication skills, are determined and enjoy helping people then this could be the perfect role for you..
