Our client is seeking a Customer Services Manager to co-ordinate our clients office based order processing and associated activities.
Your key responsibilities will cover U.K and Export order processing, national accounts administration and reception activities together with prime functional responsibility for sales and operations planning interface.
We are looking for someone with proven skills and qualities in leadership, customer care and effective communication.
Some of your duties are outlined below:
-To develop, implement, monitor and action a customer complaint procedure.
-To strengthen internal processes with merchandising and procurement teams.
-To develop and review service strategy and development plans for Customer Services
-To appraise, coach and develop staff in the team in line with their agreed individual development plan in order to enable them to maximise their contribution to the Company.
