Proddow Mackay Solicitors provides retail legal services to members of the public on a national basis and employs 180 people most of whom are based at our Sheffield office.
Currently we have a vacancy for a Customer Service Advisor in our Customer Service Team.
The main duties of this role are:
Contacting clients over the telephone primarily but by letter if necessary
Processing incoming paper instructions
Inputting the necessary data on to the system
Hitting targets set by Manager
Providing excellent customer care
Explaining our interest and claims system to the client
Handling incoming post on the date of receipt
Handling telephone queries quickly and efficiently
Other duties within the general scope of the post may be required from time to time
Candidates should have experience of dealing with clients on the telephone and experience of working in the insurance industry would be advantageous.
