is to work alongside the MD who is an extremely busy person, and the role will see a good degree of travel and international travel to co-ordinate and set up exhibitions as well as travel organisation, location research, organising and minuting of meetings, diary management, maintaining positive relationships with clients and other suppliers on an ongoing basis and general administration / organisation duties and so strong secretarial skills will be required.

Must have a strong personality, able to adapt well to various situations and meet demands, and must have solid experience working as a PA / Executive Assistant. You will be an extremely organised and hardworking candidate, with a flexible and practical approach, who can prioritise tasks, juggle a demanding workload and meet deadlines. You will be comfortable with travelling across the UK and occasionally internationally and will be a polished and well presented individual, with a professional telephone manner, capable of liaising with a range of customers and clients on varying levels.
