Working within a small and quickly-expanding company, the post holder is required to provide administrative and other support to the Director in a professional manner, whilst also maintaining positive relationships with clients, contractors and other suppliers on an ongoing basis. Support will include, but not be limited to: organising project files, setting up and maintaining relevant databases, setting up project schedules, monitoring projects to ensure milestones are met and the required quality of service delivery is consistently achieved, liaising and meeting with contractors and other suppliers in order to ensure that communication channels are appropriate and progress is in accordance with project plans, meeting with clients to advise on progress and understand any changing requirements during the life of the project and any other ad hoc admin / PA duties fitting with the post.
The Successful Candidate…
Must have solid administration experience, experience as a Personal Assistant and will need to be professional in both appearance and manner. A clear and confident communicator you will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills within a demanding and ever-changing environment and will demonstrate competence in the use of all MS Office applications. A highly self-motivated and hard-working individual you will need to demonstrate the ability to be both flexible and reliable and you will work to the highest standards and will have excellent attention to detail.
