Part Time Administrator
The role will be flexible on hours but ideally 5 part days
£15,000 – 16,000 pro rata
The Role…
This will be a general office administration role and duties will therefore answering the telephone and distributing calls accordingly, greeting visitors and clients, assisting with diary management, following up enquiries, all areas of correspondence, using a CRM system that is designed especially for this sector and general administration / ad hoc duties as and when required including, sorting and distributing post, filing, photocopying and liaising with colleagues to ensure a smooth day to day running of the business.
The Successful Candidate…
Will need to be a proactive, 'quick thinker' who can get stuck in and work well within the team and is comfortable working under pressure and on own initiative. You will need to have solid previous administration and secretarial experience to be considered for the role. Excellent attention to detail and strong IT and communication skills are a must as is a positive and willing attitude and the ability to work well within the friendly staff team! You will have worked previously in an office based role and will have a professional appearance and attitude and a polite telephone manner.
