Account Manager
£20,000 - £25,000 dependent on skills and experience
Job Role…
Will be to service assigned clients and the development of their accounts. You will work on the development of an ongoing mutually beneficial partnership with clients and ensure ongoing relationship to maximise potential for business. Other duties will include: day-to-day Client interface, ensuring the Client perspective is as a positive, proactive and integral partner, management, identification and early resolution of any problems, conduct regular reviews with Clients, ensure appropriate contracts and service level agreements are in place, preparation, supervision and coordination of new business proposals.
The Successful Candidate…
Will need to have solid experience as an Account Manager as well as proven experience of Project Management Methodologies, Change Control, Risk Management and Project Planning You will need to have a good technological understanding and ideally will have worked within a technological or internet based environment. You will be of graduate calibre with excellent communication, IT and organisational skills. Experience of managing client relationships is essential as is a track record in the development of corporate Internet, e-commerce and e-business systems. Personality-wise you will need to be enthusiastic, creative, imaginative and self-motivated.
