The Job Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join this fast growing, well established telecommunications company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial processes within the office, processing incoming and outgoing invoices, writing and preparing cheques for payment, preparing the profit and loss statements, debt recovery, tracking and credit control. You will be able to multi-task effectively and manage the diverse work loads, prioritizing work on a daily basis. You will also be responsible for the smooth running of the office facilities in the absence of the office manager. Other general administration duties will be involved day to day as and when required.
The Successful Candidate
Will need to have solid administration experience at a senior level and experience working within accounts and finance. You will be able to work on your own initiative, as well as within the team and you must have knowledge of Sage or Quick Books to be considered for the role. A full driving licence and own transport is preferable due to the location of the company and you will need to be professional with a polite and confident telephone manner.
