£16,000 - 18,000 starting basic + commission
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading recruitment agency with an extremely generous bonus structure designed to motivate and reward successful consultants. Daily duties included forging mutually beneficial long term relationships with recruitment partners from a range of industries and professional organisations, researching market opportunity and creatively targeting new business. Networking and presentations will be integral to secure business so face to face business to business sales experience would be a distinctive advantage. You will have to be highly motivated in order to deliver on agreed objectives and targets. Effective communication is paramount as is the ability to contribute to the success of the team. You will also be responsible for identifying high calibre individuals to interview and represent, gaining and building trust and confidence, managing expectations, coaching and advising these job seekers whilst proactively seeking suitable employment opportunities for them.
The Successful Candidate
It is imperative that you are polished and professional as client visits and travel will be an essential part of the role. You must have a strong background and proven track record in sales, experience with telephone based sales and recruitment would stand you in great stead. The successful candidate will be rewarded for their hard work and effort by a generous minimum threshold of 25% of all monthly billings and company car or car allowance, as well as the opportunity to progress and develop personally and professionally
