Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the management of permanent and/or contract vacancies within the IT and Development sector. You will need to be at ease working in a fast paced environment as duties will include liaising with professionals to secure new business, account managing existing customers, matching and discussing vacancies and contracts with a selection of suitable candidates and then arranging interviews on their behalf. Client visits and travel will be also be an essential part of the role.
The Successful Candidate
You will need to have a strong background in sales, experience in recruitment and will need experience focussing on proactive (as opposed to reactive) sales. You will be self motivated with a professional attitude and have the drive and ambition to succeed in this competitive industry. You will need strong IT, communication and organisation skills alongside a polite and confident telephone manner. You must be comfortable and confident liaising with a range of clients and candidates and will be happy working within a sales environment!
