My clientis a manufacturing company based in Sheffield (south) who require immediate temporary assistance due to a member of staff relocating at short notice. My client is ideally looking to make this role temporary to permanent for the right candidate and therefore you will need to be either immediately available or available at short notice.
You will be part of a small friendly team and will occupy a crucial role in the finance department.
You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have held a similar role previously and complete the following tasks, purchase ledger, matching, batching and coding purchase invoices, reconciling supplier statements , prepayments and accruals , payment runs via BACS and cheque, credit control, allocating payments to the sales ledger, assisting with month end management accounts.
Knowledge of Excel and Sage Line 50 is essential
Temporary to permanent position available subject to my clients discretion. Ideally you will also have your own transport due to the location, which is not regularly serviced by public transport.
