Based in Sheffield working within a Bank you will be responsible for discussing customers' financial needs face to face. You will be trained to be able to identify where you can match their needs through the clients clear and straightforward product range, including making referrals to specialist colleagues.
You will be provided with training to get you up to speed, so you won't need to have a financial background to become an employee but sales experience would be desirable. You will be an excellent communicator - comfortable talking to customers face to face about their needs. With your confidence and reassuring personality you won't be fazed by the high expectations of our customers.
In our busy and challenging environment, your flexible approach and ability to fit into the team will be critical. So you won't be afraid of hard work and will thrive on responsibility, welcoming the chance to use your own initiative.
Ideally you will have PC skills, ability to work with numbers and at least GCSE maths at grade C or equivalent as it goes without saying that you'll have high standards when it comes to accuracy.
