Reporting to the Resource Planning Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a newly restructured team. You will be responsible for maximising the daily call and e-mail performance of the Customer Service department by ensuring we forecast our required resources accurately and react to real-time changes. You will also be required to produce performance reports as and when required. The successful candidate will have boundless passion and energy, be an excellent communicator as well as being an analytical thinker. A meticulous eye for detail and proactive style is essential.
The successful candidate will have experience of work force management tools and be intermediate or advanced level on Excel.
This contact centre is open from 9am til 1am, 7 days a week, so you'll need to be flexible in your working patterns, although 10pm will likely be the latest finish. Saturdays will be required but Sundays are unlikely.
