General Litigator - Commercial Dispute Resolution / Professional Negligence, five-plus years PQE. Leeds.
SALARY AND BENEFITS: £40,000 and upwards for the right person
COMPANY INFORMATION:
- An established Leeds law firm, currently experiencing rapid growth and with ambitions to double in size over the next four to five years.

Edwards & Pearce has secured agreement to work on this position exclusively.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- All-round general litigation skills (a minimum of five years PQE) with strong experience in particular of commercial dispute resolution and predominantly claimant professional negligence (caseload is roughly split equally between these two areas).
- The ability to manage your caseload on a daily basis with little need for supervision / managerial input.
- Good grasp of civil procedure rules.
- Solid attention to detail.
IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Experience of insolvency work
