JOB: Sales Manager LOCATION: Sheffield SALARY: Negotiable + Benefits
My Client one of the world's leading engineering and plant building companies for the international metals industry. Who to date have completed more than 1300 major industrial projects in some 80 countries, are looking for a Sales Manager.
Role
Reporting to General Sales Manager and acting in the capacity of Bid Project Manager for large capital projects.
Education / Knowledge / Experience
Essential
Degree or equivalent in Engineering.
Several years of experience working in sales of capital equipment.
Sound technical background and good understanding of the design principles of large equipment/machinery.
Good leadership and team-working skills.
High level of commitment, initiative and autonomy.
Good communication skills.
Good IT skills and knowledge of MS Office applications.
Desirable
Knowledge of the metals industry, plate market, plate rolling process and related equipment.

Current Driving Licence
Current passport
Able to travel both nationally and internationally, possibly at short notice
