My client, a well known retail bank, are looking for a great communicator to give their customers face to face advice on banking and their financial needs. You will be able to identify where we can help match the financial needs of our customers through our clear and straightforward product range, including making referrals to specialist colleagues. You will thrive on the challenge of exceeding sales targets on an individual and team basis.
What you'll need:
You'll need experience of working in a targeted sales environment. Well then provide you with all the training you need to get up to speed, so you wont need to have a financial background to join us. You should be keen to work in an organisation which provides good value products through friendly and knowledgeable staff. Youll be an excellent communicator - comfortable talking to customers face to face about their financial needs. And with your confidence and reassuring personality you wont be one to shy away from spotting opportunities to sell or refer. Hungry for a challenge and motivated by rewards, youll have the drive to exceed sales targets, and wont be fazed by the high expectations of our customers.
PC skills, and the ability to work with numbers are a must. In fact, youll ideally have at least GCSE Maths at Grade C or equivalent. And it goes without saying that youll have high standards when it comes to accuracy.

This is a part time role, 15 hours per week, the successful candidate must be flexible with regard to hours worked as they will be dependant upon business needs.
