A great opportunity has arisen to join an ever-expanding warm and welcoming team, working for a worldwide banking and financial orginasition.
We are looking for candidates to work within our collections department where you will be making outbound customer calls, to existing customers who are currently in arrears with their payments (loan, credit card etc). You will be organising both one off payments as well as organising affordable repayments plans for customers.
We are looking for someone with high levels of customer service experience who can also need to demonstrate:
· A good work ethic
· Being empathetic to each customer’s situation, while also being assertive when needed.
· Able to work targets
· Must have previous work experience in a customer service related role
· Experience within a Sales or Collections enviromement is desirable, however is not essential.
This is a full time permanent role, Covering various hours on a rota basis between the hours of 08:00am - 09:00pm. Salary banding £13,200 - £18,000. Salary offered will depend upon previous experience.
