Due to continued success, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and distributors of bespoke steel fabrications for the architectural, cladding and exhibition/stage markets are currently in need of a CAD Draughtsperson.

SALARY: £22,000 - £27,000 + regular overtime + other company benefits
POSSIBLE LOCATION OF CANDIDATES: Nottingham, Arnold, Colwick, Newark-on-Trent, Derby, Melton Mowbray.

THE ROLE:
Taking up this exciting position within the company, the successful candidate will be part of a highly skilled and ambitious design department. Based in the Nottingham office, you will use your direct industry experience to produce bespoke steelwork, sheet metal and aluminium fabrication drawings which will meet and surpass the expectations of your customers.
The organisation operates in a number of markets, bringing a variety and challenging element to your work. Being involved in CAD projects from conception through to completion, you will liaise with members of the shopfloor, project managers, architects and also clients meaning your communication and team working skills must be of the highest quality.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
> You will hold design experience within structural steel, signage, metal work or steel cladding.
> Excellent AutoCAD skills
> Knowledge or experience of welding and metalworking techniques a great advantage.
> Full UK Driving License.
> Flexibility to work occasional overtime.
